Swedish Eblesckivers

4 c flour, sifted
2 t salt
4 eggs
1 qt buttermilk
1 t soda
6 t baking powder

Add salt, soda and flour to buttermilk. Mix to a smooth dough. Add 1 egg at a time beating after each addition. Add baking powder last. This is like thin pancake batter. Fill esbleschiver pan 1/2 full and turn with pickle fork. Jam, jelly, or applesauce can be added to center before turning.
