Yummy Red Rice

1 pkg of Hillshire Farms Hot Links
(if you can't find hot links you can replace them with beef hot links)
1/2 lb. of Bacon - Sliced
2 Green Bell Peppers - Diced
1 Yellow Onion - Diced
2- 8oz. cans of Tomato Sauce
1-14oz. pkg of White Minute Rice

It will all be cooked in one pot.

Once everything is sliced and diced you are ready to cook. Start by frying the bacon first in a large pot. Fry until the bacon is cooked to your liking. Keep about 2 tbs. of the grease. Add the hot links and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the hot links have browned. Then you need to add the green peppers and onion. Season with salt and pepper again. Cook until the bell peppers are soft and the onion is translucent.

At this point you will add the 2 cans of tomato sauce and 2 cans (tomato sauce cans) of water. Season for the last time. Bring to boil, stir once and wait for it to come to a boil again. Stir in the whole box of rice and make sure all the rice gets covered in the sauce. Place lid on pot and wait 5 seconds, then remove from heat. Leave it covered for 15 minutes. Or until the rice is soft.
