Stuffed Mushrooms
1 pound sausage - I used either fresh or Jimmy Dean Regular sausage
1 large pkg cream cheese
mushrooms - go for the big, white ones.

I buy the big mushrooms and clean them and snap the ends off. I usually keep these and put them in the gravy or just saute them in butter and eat them for snack.
Saute the sausage in frying pan, breaking it up as best you can.
Turn off heat and add the cream cheese and just mix it well.
Using a small spoon I fill the mushroom as best as I can and as high as I can
There will be some mix left over, always is. You could mix the stems in the leftovers for snack.
Place the mushroom in shallow pan and bake about 15 minutes, 350'.
There will be alot of moisture from the mix and I just taste them till I think they are done. Yum!
