4 split boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 env. Zesty Italian Dressing
1/2 c. milk
1/2 onion
2 T. butter or margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. water
Spaghetti noodles or rice
Dip chicken breasts in milk, place in crockpot. (Don't pour extra milk into crockpot.) Sprinkle packets of seasoning (dressing) over chicken. Cook 2-3 hour on high or 3-4 hours on low. (Cooking time may vary depending on your crockpot, so you'll want to test it to make sure it's done.)
Sauce: Saute onion and butter in a big frying pan until onions are translucent. Add soup, cream cheese (small chunks at time), and water. Stir until it simmers and cheese melts completely. Add sauce to the chicken in the crockpot 10 minutes before serving Serve over paste or rice. If you won't want to serve the entire chicken breast in on piece you can cut it up in small pieces just before adding the chicken.
