1 lb. hamburger
3/4 c onion
3/4 c shredded carrots
3/4 c celery
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. parsley
3 c chicken broth
4 c diced potatoes
3 tblsp. butter
1/4 flour
2 c Cheese con queso
1 1/2 c milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 sour cream
Saute onion, celery, carrots with beef. Stir in basil, parsley and set aside. Boil potatoes in Chicken broth until tender. In separate pan melt 3 tbsp. of butter and add 1/4 c of flour, when melted together pour over potatoes and broth. Than add Cheese con queso. Stir until bubbly. Than add beef and vegetables stir until boiling. Reduce heat and stir in sour cream.
