Salads

BLACKBERRY OR RASPBERRY OR BOTH SALAD

Dark Greens
Mandarin oranges
1C fresh or frozen fruit
3-4 chopped green inions
1 4oz pkg slivered almonds
1/2 sugar

Heat sugar over med heat with almonds stirring constantly. Sugar will melt, brown up and stick to almonds. Pour on wax paper till cool. Let cool completely or the paper sticks. Break into small pieces. Toss all together just before serving.

Use a raspberry vinegrette for dressing.
